I Found Great Croissants in Seattle
Friday, May 23rd, 2008After some searching online, and reading many reviews, I decided to drive down to Cafe Besalu in Ballard. It took about 20 minutes, and I picked up three croissants and one pain au chocolat (my personal favorite).
The consensus is that while they aren’t quite as good as in France, they are really close! They are by far the best I’ve had in this country. They are flaky and delicious. If you’re in Seattle, it’s worth the trip to get some. We’re definitely going back.
