More Gym Pain

I went back, and while overall the workout was better, my already torn up abs got hurt even more.  Today I can’t even cough without wincing badly.  Oh well.  Enough Advil and I’ll manage for now.

I got a lot done today, lots of work, redesigned 10 Minute Mail (check out the new look),  reading outside with Fifi, playing a little Rainbox Six Vegas, making dinner, etc…

I like being productive and knocking things off my to-do list.  I also like it when coding goes well:)  It looks like a nice weekend coming up, so I wish you all the best!
