While I still don’t really “get” Twitter, I did have a neat customer service experience via Twitter the other day.

JetBlue replaced their reservation system over the weekend and TripIt wasn’t able to property parse the new reservation e-mails. I tweeted about it:

Looks like TripIt doesn’t like the new JetBlue reservation system’s e-mails:( Hopefully they fix it soon! Vegas Baby! #tripit #jetblue

Shortly afterwards, I got this:

@devondragon Thanks! We’ve fixed TripIt to work with the new JetBlue confirmation emails. Itineraries updated for all travelers. Vegas Baby!

Good, un-asked for, customer service with a personal touch. Big fan!
