Lazy Sunday morning? Not quite - 9AM wake-up, 7 hours sleep, 500+ calories on the treadmill.

Actually, I woke up at 9 after 7 hours of sleep, hit the gym, did over 500 calories on the treadmill, and am now headed to get ready for the rest of my day.

What's wrong with me?!?!?!
