Push Ups

Six-week program claims you'll hit 100 consecutive pushups with just 3 sessions weekly. Starting at 17, the test begins.

Some friends and I are doing a six week push up regimen that in theory will have us able to do 100 consecutive push ups by the end of the six weeks. It's only 3 times a week, for about 10 minutes.

So far I'm in week one, on my rest day between days 2 and 3. I'm trying to stick to a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule, which is easy to remember.
